Hennessy Chinese new year 2020.
Following the reception of these experiential activation Brand guidelines around molecular cuisine,
I was given a few sites to take care of in Paris, Amsterdam, and Rome.


As a case study, this Paris Charles De Gaulle LACM HPP site had 10,000 euro budget.
For a 1352*1400 floor space.
Hennessy had a clear vision of what they wanted (Bellow image).

Finding it a little cluttered, I gave them a few extra options to pick from.
While keeping all constraints in check (Floor space, price tag, delivery time)

MH changed their mind seeing the options and picked my favorite one, which went into production.
Producing design drawings for the supplier to easily match the 3D visual.




And here is how the site looks like once built, on budget and on time of course.

This methodology applies to most sites, with any brand guidelines, and allows for a seamless exchange with clients and suppliers so there would be 0 surprises when the event starts.
