Intel - AR scavenger hunt.

As an extension of our partnership with intel, where they commissioned us to AR enhance a few of their Event sites of pop-up exhibitions, showcasing EVO & Intel Mobile Gaming.

After a brief brainstorming session, the team decided to create a scavenger hunt, aiming to drive engagement and dwell time in a fully immersive intel-branded experience.

With a giveaway prize.

Splitting the work into 3 main workstreams (UI/UX, 3D Animation, and development), I gathered the team using mostly freelance resources as my crew was already at full capacity.

Putting together a fairly heavy amount of information about Intel EVO, Intel Mobile Gaming, and the various important key messages (such as Wifi6/6E, Thunderbolt technology, ...).

I decided to split these infos into 5 ''Hotspots'' triggered from different posters.

Two about EVO, Two focussed on Mobile Gaming, and the last one featuring the Tech they both use.

Now signed off, I could get my two new starters to begin working in parallel.
UI exploration started and was then applied the user journey I mapped out.

The billboard triggers were then refined and provided to intel as Print ready PDF.

This project was shipped successfully and then adapted to various locations to fit intel's needs.

The last touchpoint was the data collection.

Showcasing the thousands of prizes claimed!

At the time we were not using Google Looker Studio, so these were made manually.
Learning from this painstaking experience, I made sure to improve and automate this process.
