Bacardi RTD

Was an activation for the launch of the Ready To Drink Bacardi range.

This was the very first project I led for Bacardi, and following the very successful launch, the account grew from a single project to 10+ a year with various Bacardi brands.

With this open brief to begin with, I decided to open the festivity with a creative workshop.

Gathering the wider team, I led it using a ''sprint'' methodology.

In an hour, we landed with 9 interesting ideas, out of which I fleshed out the 3 ones we picked.

Following a very fun, upbeat client presentation full of game references and laughter, we received consolidated feedback to develop the Tiki bar catapult route, which was by far everyone's favorite! 
Time to refine it, which fruit, look and feel for the tiki bar and then map out the user journey.

The UI/UX and 3D look-dev of the fruits and tiki bar began in parallel and were both handed over a few weeks later to Francesc Sanchez Garcia, our in-house ACE Playcanvas developer to finalize the game.
